Refund policy
We have a 10 day return policy for books, which means you have 10 days after receiving your book to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, the book must be in the same condition that you received it, unused and unread, with no damage, markings, or writing, and in its original packaging. You will also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

If your return is accepted, we will send you a return shipping label along with instructions on how and where to send your package. Books sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damaged or Incorrect Books
Please inspect your order upon delivery and contact us immediately if the book is defective, damaged, or if you received the wrong title, so we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Non Returnable Items
Certain items cannot be returned, including books marked as final sale, discounted or clearance items, gift cards, and any books that show signs of use, reading, damage, or alteration.
If you have questions about whether your book qualifies for a return, please contact us before sending it back.
Exchanges
The fastest way to get a different book is to return the original item. Once the return is accepted, you can place a new order separately.
European Union 14 Day Cooling Off Period
If your order is shipped to a country within the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your book within 14 days for any reason and without justification.
The book must be returned in the same condition it was received, unused and unread, in its original packaging, and with proof of purchase.
Refunds
We will notify you once we have received and inspected your returned book and let you know whether the refund has been approved.
If approved, you will be automatically refunded to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please note that it may take additional time for your bank or credit card provider to process and post the refund.
